The Kambrook Axis' Kettle used eco-feedback to visualize the tempherature of water inside the kettle. This solution was studied to prevent re-boiling water multiple times. In fact, user centered research showed that users during the water heating usually perform other tasks, and that re-boil water once again when they return. Understand the water temperature can avoid this behaviour.
