Cat Reman engines undergo complete disassembly to component level, microscopic cleaning, multi-point inspection for cracks/defects, then restoration using laser cladding, machining, and metal deposition. Cores are bored to OEM specifications, resurfaced, tested against new unit standards, and incorporate latest engineering updates.
